VERTICAL GRINDING

Robot Arm Background.jpg

Our vertical grinding machines are designed with several key advantages that enhance their performance and efficiency. They occupy only one-third of the space compared to horizontal designs, ensuring optimal coolant flow and effective swarf management. The machines are engineered to manage vibrations, featuring a direct drive spindle with pre-loaded bearings for a play-free operation, along with a polymer concrete base that absorbs vibrations. Maintenance is simplified with a non-contact sensing system for wheel wear, high-speed axis traverse for rapid workpiece changes, and predictive alerts displayed on the Human-Machine Interface (HMI). These machines come equipped with Siemens HT8 or OP10 operator interface panels and are Industry 4.0 ready, making them suitable for advanced manufacturing processes.

Our VG (Vertical Grinding) models range from 150mm to 1250mm in grinding length and feature powerful drives ranging from 2.2 kW to 45 kW, with surface speeds between 20 m/s and 50 m/s. They are capable of handling a variety of grinding wheel diameters, spindle bearing sizes, and weight capacities, ensuring that we can meet diverse production needs. Each model is designed to facilitate a range of applications, from processing combination pliers and crimping pliers to side cutters and needle nose pliers, making them versatile solutions for any manufacturing environment.
