AIRFREIGHT GLOBAL RELOCATION

During the height of the Covid pandemic, GRG successfully executed the complex relocation of an advanced production line from GRG Germany to our customer in Mexico via airfreight. This monumental project required meticulous planning and collaboration among teams in Germany, the US, and Mexico.

Key components, including seven stand-alone weld cells, twelve interconnected cells with six handling robots per line, and 42-meter weld seam capabilities, were carefully disassembled, packed, and transported. GRG’s innovative traveling fixtures ensured part integrity throughout the journey, safeguarding the precision required for the system's high-performance standards.
