Introducing our innovative machine concept for circular blade manufacturing, featuring a robust design that enhances precision and efficiency. This advanced system includes two X-axes with a rapid traverse of 30 m/min and a stroke length of 560 mm, alongside two Z-axes also equipped with a rapid traverse of 30 m/min and a stroke length of 175 mm. The Y-axis provides a rapid traverse of 15 m/min with a stroke length of 160 mm, ensuring versatile movement capabilities.
The work spindle for grinding is powered by 11.7 kW, delivering a nominal torque of 34 Nm (maximum 95 Nm) and a rated speed of 3300 rpm (max 7000 rpm), providing exceptional performance for intricate grinding tasks. The machine is equipped with water-cooled spindles and a full enclosure, enhancing durability and safety during operation. Additionally, manual AN robot loading is possible for increased flexibility.
For gear cutting, the work spindle, driven via angular gear, boasts a power of 4.9 kW, with a nominal torque of 20 Nm (maximum 45 Nm) and a rated speed of 2300 rpm (max 10,000 rpm), accommodating workpiece diameters ranging from 260 to 500 mm.
Key features also include a swivel bridge with a swivel range of ±90° and a speed of 50 rpm, providing tangential torque clamping of 2500 Nm. The round table operates at a speed of 310 U/min (max 420 Nm) with a torque of 217 Nm (max 439 Nm) and can handle transport loads of 200 kg, with a tilting moment of 2000 Nm and axial load of 4000 Nm.
Precision is paramount, with tolerances of ±0.025 mm (no external measuring) and ±0.01 mm (with external measuring). In-process measurement is facilitated by Marposs technology, ensuring optimal accuracy and reliability in your manufacturing processes. This cutting-edge machine concept is designed to meet the demands of modern manufacturing while enhancing overall productivity.
